TRACS Financial to Host LGIP and Muni Investment Symposium in Utah. TRACS Financial, a research firm which covers the state, county, and local government investment pool market, and which publishes "The Public Interest" newsletter, will be hosting a conference August 5-8 in Park City, Utah.
