The fund is advised by Bear Stearns Asset Management and may invest in repo, CDs, CP, LOCs, corporates, MBS and foreign securities denominated in U.​S. dollars. No word yet on whether the NAV will attempt to remain stable, but this fund joins a growing list of cash plus funds seeking to produce "​incremental returns over money market funds".
