Today's Wall Street Journal discusses outflows from stock and bond mutual funds year-to-date in 2008. But the accompanying table shows that bad news is good news for cash, which has seen huge inflows into money market mutual funds in the U.S., Canada and France. Fund flow tracker AMG Data Services estimates that U.S. money funds have saw inflows of $160.7 billion in January. Crane Data's upcoming March issue of Money Fund Intelligence will feature money market mutual funds in Canada.
